1. Never engage in an argument or oppose the person who holds your cheqye; he/she is probably more concernd about the outcome of your design that yourself.

2. Things are not design oriented; you design will first and foremost be used to deliver a message to the market for your client, before it is an item of personal artistic expression.

3. Communicate patiently with your clients. Remember, they are not designers, so use their language to get your idea across.

4. believe there is meaning and a story behind your designs and works, but if you don't put effort into telling me, how will i fully understand?

5. Respect the deadline; meeting it improves your credibility and will impact your career development.

6. People prefer to talk to someone who is presentable, meaning clean and tidy. Stylish doesn't have to mean unclean and untidy, do you catch my drift?

7. Punctyality is important, it is important to anyone who is professional, wich includes designers.

8. Never get angry during the price negotiation process, it's just business and nothing to do with insulting your work. There is no reason for them to do so anyway, if you really think about it.

9. Your reputation can be proved by business references or winning awards. Don't forget to win more awards, because it is what customers believe in.

10. Never, ever, attempt to copy others' designs for any reason

#1: Not to copy other's creative work, under no circumstances;

#2: Not to rely completely on computer technology, it is a tool only and cannot substitute your creativity. Remember, you are a designer, not a computer graphic editor;

#3: Be a creator and not a fashion-follower because a trendy style today would become an out-dated one tomorrow;

#4: Trying ten design fields simultaneously but badly is worst than concentrating on one field and master it;

#5: Be professional and not to release any art works that you didn't like;

#6: Not to lower the quality in view of low business value of an art work;

#7: Not to criticize other's artwork merely on the ground of one's preferences nor just replicate comment from someone;

#8: Not to create artwork without any ground. Great works usually come from the understanding of the culture, history and philosophy;

#9: Keep yourself modest to people, no matter you are just a novice or a master;

#10: Always believe that design can save the country and change the world.

Software painting yang bagus banget, buat Windows dan Mac, tapi sangat berbeda dengan Adobe, walaupun pengerjaannya di komputer, tapi hasil yang didapat mengejar kualitas manual, jadi bukan hasil digital painting yang didapat, melainkan hasil manual painting, karena pada software ini kita sama saja melukis menggunakan cat, kuas, pasta, spidol, roll-up, etc . . Lumayan buat para seniman yang biasa nge-lukis pake canvas

Akhirnya kesampaian juga nonton heroes ses 3 episode 14-17 fuiih . . ceritanya makin berat, makin lieur, makin rame euy . . . tapi heran perasaan di episode 13 tulisannya "end of volume 3" tapi kok masih ada episode 14, trus pas film tulisannya justru "chapter one" heerraan deehh . . .

Kemarin kita dikasih tau ada kelas tambahan buat sekarang, jam 8 pagi, udah dateng pagi - pagi pada gak ada, gak taunya ada yang mau sidang, jadinya para dosen berubah menjadi penguji.. sekarang lagi bete, nungguin kelas abis jum'atan

Menunggu Anak-anak

Kemaren kita gak jadi belajar karena dosennya gak dateng, dan sekarang kita hampir gak belajar lagi, karena murid yang kurang. Soalnya kalau kelas Pak Faseh itu peraturannya, kelas baru dimulai jika jumlah muridnya sudah 1/2 + 1, jadi dikelas murid cuma ada 10 nih, berarti kelas baru dimulai kalau muridnya sudah ada 6 orang dikelas, ngerti lah yah maksudnya 1/2 + 1. Nah tadi pagi yang dateng baru 3 orang, trus kita nungguin aja bareng-bareng, Pak Faseh dah ada dikelas, dia juga nungguin anak-anak, kita ber-4 nungguin sambil buka facebook donk.. :P

Akhirnya kelas baru dimulai sekitar jam 10 lewat, uda Yodi dateng, padahal dia lagi gak enak badan, nge-bela-belain biar belajar anak-anak yang lain, tengkyu uda, trus si akang Mul baru dateng jam 10.45 dan kelas baru benar-benar dimulai.

Budi ini yang bikin gw sama anak-anak yang lain heran, kemana dia..?? kok tumben gak dateng, anak-anak pun mengambil asumsi bahwa si Budi lagi nyuci celananya.. :P gwahahaha :lol: just kidding bud.

Menunggu dosen

Hari ini di kampus bosen banget, nungguin dosen dari tadi pagi ampe sekarang jam 14.10 belum dateng, katanya mau ngejar materi yang ketinggalan sih, tapi masih belum dateng aja ampe sekarang.

Si Krisna sibuk ngulik blog baru sama kaya gw, si uda Yodi sibuk nyari gambar, si Ucup baru dateng nih, langsung buka facebook, si Budi sibuk nonton YouTube, si Vika sibuk buka facebook juga, si Daniel sama baru dateng langsung internetan, si Bagus juga sama kecanduan facebook, edan facebook bikin anak2 satu kampus ketagihan, ketua kelas si Tommy gak dateng.

Sekarang kita lagi nungguin Pak Ugie, semoga aja dia dateng, duh bosen juga nulis blok mulu.. buka facebook aja aah.. :P
